the most interesting thing about what i've learned recetnly about cloud formation is that it requires electrons to charge microscopic dust particles, which can then form a nucleus for condensing water

cloudbusters are essentially metal tubes where one end of the tube is immersed in water, which usually will also be earthed (this is Wilhelm Reich's stuff, there is also some other dude who talks about some special energy/gravity effect, i forget his name, it's on the tip of my tongue)

first of all, the cloudbuster is naturally going to be attracting these charged objects because it's earthed (the cloud seeds)

secondly, there is an actual mechanical suction going on at the top of a tube that is immersed in water that is flowing downwards

so, there is something more going on in it (to do with the water and orgone/chi/vril/prana) but part of the phenomenon relates to earthing and vacuum

as i understand it, the structure can be quite dangerous to set up if there is a lot of cloud formation going on, specifically becoming a lightning conductor, also

Reich's Orgone Accumulator also is based on some sort of principle that seems to involve the transit of electrons in a form not understood, it also is said that if you set an ORAC in an environment with oscillating EMF like a power system and doubly so for a radio transmitter, that a "bad orgone" accumulates and makes you sick

this is part of the reason why many common supposed "orgone accumulator" devices these days are just made out of metal shavings and polyester resin, sometimes they actually bother to do the alternate layering, and put a quartz crystal in the center

this also seems to suggest a role of electrons too because if you electrostatically charge quartz it mechanically vibrates, changing size, so an orac with a crystal in the center would absorb the electrons and convert them into heat
