So evil. I shutter and recoil every time someone suggests it as a payment option.
I *shudder as well, but also shutter the conversation… abruptly.

The struggle is real. But back to Venmo. That app disgusts me. The very idea of it was born from a twisted and evil framework.
Convenience isn’t always a good thing. But in the US it’s used a ton. I use it occasionally as I have a daughter in college & it’s all they know. I turned off the “public” view function almost immediately years ago. That’s the most evil part.
But the UX rocks. Venmo and Cash app both are just stupid simple

I have to login every once in a while because my boss likes to send out $$ to pay for pizza during long teleconferences.
