What is ‘Quality’ in an object?

It is something detected by our eyes before our mind’s classical train of thought can analyze the object.

If ‘Quality’ exists in an object, why can’t it be measured by any scientific instrument?

Is ‘Quality’ a thread within the Quantum fabric of reality?
