Kettlebells guys do this a lot, shitting on barbells and running.
Strength guys do this, shitting on kettlebells and calisthenics.
I enjoy a good-natured back and forth, for sure. But that's not what these guys do.
Man, the body only knows resistance. The lungs and heart can be trained from the couch to ultra-marathons.
Everything has its place.
