This Coinstar Machine has been in a few of our grocery stores for about 4 years.

It's the same company and machine that used to be the place for dumping spare change and getting dollars.

I've never used this machine.

The Bitcoin was about 20% over the market value. I might be exaggerating.

I have no insight into this other than someone has been trying to sell Bitcoin at a premium. Had I bought it 4 years ago from this machine I would be ahead, anyway.
