Android is open source and can be used on multiple manufactured phones. You can do a lot more with android then you can Apple. This has been the cases for over a decade. This is just common knowledge. Any dev prefers android to Apple/windows/rim. As would they also on a pc prefer Linux to windows/Apple.

Open source for the Win 🏆
