Serendipitous story time:

This is an ad I did for Square. 20 plus people have sent it to me, but it's never shown up in my feed ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Backstory: I've done more than a dozen commercials, but this was the first one where I was cast from abroad (the dream).

I love being on set & in front of a camera. It's something I want more of in my life.

However, my desire to live in LA full time is extremely low.

So when I got this audition I was stoked.

FUNNY/CRAZY PART: The next morning I came in from surfing looked up and saw nostr:npub1sg6plzptd64u62a878hep2kev88swjh3tw00gjsfl8f237lmu63q0uf63m , the CEO of Square. Told him what happened. He said “Small world” I probably said, “Pura Vida”

Got the word I booked the commercial a couple days later and flew home.

Only thing that would’ve made this story cooler if I was receiving a lightning payment ⚡️ Coming soon perhaps?

Also, that was the first thing Matt and I filmed together. Which is ironic because we made a little documentary about nostr:npub14f26g7dddy6dpltc70da3pg4e5w2p4apzzqjuugnsr2ema6e3y6s2xv7lu that we’ll share soon.
