I am making a batch of smoked, “low-salt” #beefjerky marinated for 12 hours in #wsauce, a bit of honey, and Chipotle hot sauce.

The batch turned out perfect. Flavorful without the excess salt and preservatives. 
Looks amazing, and the colour 🤩 I don't think I have ever tried something like that ..smoking meat is not a speciality or something people do here 🥲 Enjoy!🫂💜
