Day 4 of fasting. I intended this aa 4 day fast as I have fast metabolism and lose quite a lot of mass but it feels now that a little extension is in order. Good to listen to the body and flow accordingly

Have a feeling just one more day but not sure really. Hunger certainly not an issue so just go with the flow. If I start dreaming if rib eye, things will change rapidly and sure!
