I don't think I've gone 4 days without drinking since July 2021 when I got covid, before that was probably years. I've reset this fucking app so many times. Wake up feeling like shit only to hit it that evening...

Wouldn't say I'm a drunk, I can usually wait until after 4pm... Don't get crazy drunk just consistent my wife and I usually split a large bottle of wine, sometimes another 1/2 a large bottle or finish that one off too.

It's hard when both like to drink.

At 53 this kind of shit is what ends your life early. Wish me success!

I did got a full year without drinking in 2007-2008 before I met my wife, I told her I was an alcoholic...hell I didn't think to ask if she was one... She does have an easier time stopping... I normally don't stop until the bottle is killed. Lol.

I totally get it, I enjoy wine, beer, whiskey, tequila...... I'm sure it could become a problem if I let it. Usually I don't have a problem stopping at a drink or two and I often go a week or two inbetween.
