Thank you @AmericanAir for turning a 1hr 36min flight into an all-day nightmare.

Delayed from 12:14 → 1:30 → 2:10 → 3:00 → 3:40.

No info. No food. Staff was rude. Everyone was scared to eat in case the gate suddenly changed (which it did—D22 → D2).

We finally boarded… and sat. Waiting for the food cart. Then told we had to wait again—this time for the flight attendants to walk from D26.

It’s now 5:40pm and we’re STILL LOCKED IN THE PLANE.

I missed meetings, lost hours of my day, and no one’s even said sorry.
