I am waiting to see who will pick up the distressed assets coz country garden ain't looking to good either, who would have been the obvious choice to gobble up the portfolio

Looks pretty bleak for the individual investor, i'd be suprised if they get anything back, probably going to get locked into some government scheme that will pay them out in x years or give them preference on a new development to keep the peace

Would love to get some on the ground reporting though
