Have you got setup on a good relay service? Nostrplebs is cool. I use WoS to receive, but you can configure their LNURL to forward ro your WoS LNURL which is nice. And then pay with any lightning wallet of your choice including that one.

You can get a NIP05 from nostrplebs as well. Other similar services but that's the one I did.
