Damn, Vit Jedlicka, President of Liberland, drank some beers at my house when he was in Austin for the Independent Conference earlier this year. I've been an e-citizen of Liberland for about a year and was super stoked when Croatia finally started playing ball a few weeks ago and accepted Liberland as a country. This is fucked up, but yeah, you gotta be able to defend your shit. Glad I didn't go there and start building yet. Still gonna get my 2nd passport and become a citizen later this year. Only 5k and will be a great place to have a business if we can work with Croatia. Taxes are voluntary and voting etc. takes place on a blockchain so everything is transparent. It's a great experiment but there's still a long way to go. Growing pains and baby steps for the world's freest micro-nation.
