I really wanna start a cycling gym or something similar where the bikes/machines generate power to mine bitcoin and then the mined bitcoin is split between the gym itself and the members. Members can apply their share towards their membership fee or they can keep their share of the subsidy.

That's a good POW, how much electricity a person can generate in a year of cycling, and how much sats they can get for a year's worth of electricity
