Yes. Keys are just a sequence of bytes and that can be converted to bits, sliced by every 11 bits for a word from the bip39 list. In most cases it won't have a matching checksum but it will still be valid for reversing

And if you don't want to memorize too many sets of words, then you could ... Remember 1 set, and derive wallets, as well as a new nsec, from different passphrases or derivable entropy with BIP85
