I had bloodwork a couple weeks ago that was concerning. High red cell counts and a few other off results.

DM it to me, I’ll take a look and compare. Been through the grinder with hematologists and immunologists over the last few years.

Hematologists and immunologists had me as a frequent visitor ~5 or so years ago. It’s crazy how common these autoimmune things and blood disorders are becoming, especially in the last 2 years or so.

Interestingly, this came up during bloodwork for looking into a GI issue. I’m nervous tbh and upset I can’t be seen for another 3 months

Right? I went to so many specialists over so long of a time span and it was so frustrating/time consuming. I eventually went to Mayo Clinic and it was a great experience. Didn’t end up changing much of anything with medicines, mainly steady exercise or activity and also have definitely shifted to eating more red meat. Also just keeping good mental health and lowering stress. Not sure what worked, but something definitely helped me improve.

Autoimmune Protocol Diet changed my life

thyroid good?? I imagine this is what was your wife's issue was Brad??

No she has multiple rare autoimmune disorders, some related to genetics.

shoot, sorry to hear. just know that there are many effective natural remedies/options that can relieve symptoms of various types. lots of trial & error required. best of luck!!
