People have the right to feel safe regarding their bodies, homes, documents, and personal belongings, and they should not be subjected to unjustified searches or confiscations. Any warrants for searches or seizures must be based on a valid reason, confirmed by a sworn statement, and must clearly specify the location to be searched and the items or individuals to be taken.
