It's pretty incredible that the US unemployment rate (*official stats*) are single digits. By my assessment, having interviewed lots of people, I'd estimate a full 25% of the population is unemployable.

Im not employed and not elligible to be counted as unemployed.

Look at the employment rate, which has been declining for decadea, as unemployment is manipulated
