Yeah probably only a select few. I wouldn't be surprised if most of the RBA board don't understand this inevitability. People like to think that they're doing good & think that they're good people. Most would rather not think about it.

The employees don't need to know the outcome. They can just follow the incentives their bosses lay out for them. It's also probably one of those topics that's not to be discussed. You're not one of those conspiracy nuts are you? Career suicide. Public serpents like their job security.
