If You can't do 10 do 5, if you can't do 5 do 1. Or you could do wall push-ups or push-ups on your knees.
You can do squats to your chair or the couch every time that you go to the restroom or the kitchen.
Just find ways to work fitness into your life.
But the challenge is for accountability and to just have fun with it.
