They added a qualifier to this in the final version, but essentially this is what they want to control.

They’re all a big deal but (f) is the biggest one. They want the ability to stop people shitting on their terrible economic policies and talking about how they’re inflationary, and avoiding bank runs.

Well it's pretty obvious you'll have to vpn or otherwise bypass to a country outside that doesn't have it to sign up to an email not linked & then sign up to the platforms if you use them.

Or just use nostr.

Over open wifi & all the other precautions obviously.
