Sometimes I miss living in FL. Overall it’s a beautiful place to live and the people are generally pleasant (I hail from NW FL not SF)
No state income taxes were great. Property taxes were shitty. Cost of insurance is through the roof.
All of this feels like searching for the least abusive relationship, doesn’t it?
