Natural disasters appear to continue. A possible hurricane (Rafael) will hit Cuba. Cuba has been facing serious infrastructure problems for a long time, housing in very poor condition, power outages lasting 10 hours or more every day; all of this due to a terrible communist dictatorship that has ruled the island for more than 60 years. This whole situation could be greatly aggravated by the impacts of a possible hurricane (it is not yet clear how strong it will be when it reaches the Cuban coast).
