We all tire of the constraints of our social bonds, yet know the alternative is to be alone. The Joker is alone in his madness and appears to be fulfilled in his endeavours. Like Rick Sanchez
Very interesting. Characters like Joker and Rick fulfill a deep thought we have ourselves, which is “what would it be like to not have any social obligations” or perhaps even a step further “to fuck social structures and deliberately try to dismantle them”.

Yes. And the more mature and experienced we get, the less we try to fuck things up. We try to understand why they exist and wether they are virutuous or not. Its easier to live vicaroiusly through our villains.
