6. Use a Different Port on Each Startup

a. At "Tools->Preferences -> Connection -> Listening Port"

b. Check the option

- "Use different port on each startup"

Note 1: The "different port on each startup" feature appears to be missing in the latest 4.5.0 release. Maybe they moved it to another settings location.

Note 2: The "Use a different port on each startup" option is now embedded into the port chooser. You enter 0 into "Port used for incoming connections" to automatically choose a random port on startup.
