Any doctor who is serious recognizes that diet and exercise are 90% of your health.
Also humans are not carnivores. Carnivore is supposed to be a reduction diet so you can discover micro allergies, because almost no one is allergic to meat. You are supposed to reintroduce healthy foods one at a time like broccoli sprouts and observe how your body responds. We have spent the last billion years evolving to be omnivores. We are apes, not cats.
Understand nutrition and you understand that micronutrients are just as important as macros. Meat has no micronutrients (well some, like heme iron). Your body cannot synthesize sulforaphane. If you take a supplement like sulforaphane, you are literally eating concentrated vegetables. I can't justify going carnivore. Shortcut to malnourishment. Leads to being a strung out hobo drinking blood and eating raw meat.
Carnivore is basically a symptom of anorexia.
The food supply has been poisoned and only ruminants have the capability of filtering it into pure nutritious muscle meat. On top of all the other shit poisoning our environment you can see why many carnivore dieters experience nigh miraculous health gains.
It is long term unhealthy. But long term avoiding the ever growing environmental poisons is likely impossible. The Malthusians are and have been in control for awhile. Find Jesus. Dance the collapse.
