Fun, different eggs recipe from Japan:

- 4 eggs, separate yolks & whites

- add 1/2 tsp sugar & salt to whites. Mix on high speed until firm peaks, like whipped cream

- add 1/4 tsp sugar & salt to yolks. Mix on high speed for 30 seconds until mixed & airy

- add yolks to medium non-stick skillet and spread around to cover the entire bottom of pan

- add whites on top of yolks, spread around to cover the entire pan

- slip some butter nuggets along the edge of the pan so it slides down to the bottom

- cover & cook for 5 minutes on medium heat

- yum!
