And finally my personal number 1
It's not a Saturn exclusive but there's no doubt in my mind that this game was the most memorable one for me on this machine even if it ran better on Playstation and PC. 
It is one of the most memorable games of my life actually.
The graphics, the sound design, the first real personified human hero (and more than that a woman!), the great sense of adventure and wonder, the difficulty... Everything was great even with a couple of technical flaws.
Swimming in beautiful transparent water below a superb cascade, hearing the little sound when discovering an hidden place, fighting a freaking gigantic T-Rex and so on...
For the first time I felt that 3D gaming was changing everything.
Legendary!
