Well you need both strong education and life experience. This guy is clearly a retard, you can see it, so what does he know?
Governmental indoctrination institutions aren't the only place one can get education from, unless he is looking to be an "educated" industrial front line authority respecting piece of workforce. 97% of what I was forced to memorize during college years (under threat of increasing stay time in prison for another year) I NEVER used my whole life. Everything I really needed to know I learned by myself far away from the school, and lots of it contradicted what was forced upon me.
Knowledge is still king, particularly valuable knowledge such as natural sciences and applied technology. Life experience is also valuable knowledge, since we must live with others. However you go about acquiring this knowledge is free, schools are one way, self learning is another.
