One effective thing that every Nostrich can do, is go to GitHub or the Zap Store or Fdroid, or https://gitworkshop.dev/search, or wherever, find the repo of the apps you like to use and DOWNLOAD IT.

You don't need to install it, you just need to store a local copy and occasionally update it. That means that the government's urge to attack developers is dampened, or at least inefficient/ineffective, as you can publish the repo and share it, if the repo gets censored.
