mainly because this is ambiguous, they could just be mentioning a post in a reply, etc.

yeah, maybe we want to add a quote or repost marker to the spec? and every event tag needs a marker? do people have opinions on this?

just use kind 6 with an empty contents for retweet, and with content for a quoted post. I'm switching damus to this and spec'ing it today. I really don't think something as important as reposts should be jammed into kind1
