I feel like the best way to be is high energy (sharp, responsive, creative, agile…) but at the same time, cool and calm (not obnoxious, controlling that energy from a bird’s eye view)

There is no golden path to take. There are wrong ones, but you need to carve out your best one.

There is no single, or enumerable set of things to optimize for, you decide when the moment comes.

We are to bend, not break
