True but I am pretty sure they will have a hard time to coordinate except maybe for holders of thousands of bitcoin
Well... Try to sell it and then re-enter the country. See if it stayed KYC free.
I think it's pretty safe to assume that at least the G-7 will share the KYC data. Especially as soon as they start tying some enforcement actions to it. (State) Criminals from other countries will find their ways to access the data as well.
So let's rather stick with the notion that you can never delete the KYC record, no matter what you do. You can obfuscate the future movements of the coin, but you'll keep wearing the target on your back until you change your identity.
