Nashville nostriches, what should our Kill Your Idol equivalent be at #Bitcoin2024?

1. Red Door Saloon

2. Springwater Supper Club

3. The Villager

4. Santa’s

5. Melrose

Or somewhere else?

NIVA members or independently owned?

I can’t say for sure, but they’re all small mom & pops to the best of my knowledge.

Let’s keep it indie 💪

Do you know the guys who used to run Exit/In?

I met Chris (?) once way back.

Yeah, Chris Cobb. Not sure if he got his new spot or not but he’s a close connection of First Ave.

Great to hear he’s working on a new venue. I’ll be early in line.

Yeah, not sure the status but he was trying to get a new location under the same brand

Great guy.

Those are some great suggestions. Santa's probably a must for karaoke.

Springwater will likely have some unique music going on.

Some other ideas:

Doc holiday on 2nd

Alley taps

USA sports bar (just outside Davidson county (smoking allowed)

Neighbor's (Germantown or Sylvan park)

Clyde's (alot of crazy games)

New Broadway Brew House in mid town

Bourbon Street blues and boogie

Bar hopping at 5 points

Secret bar (bottom of noel I think) for smaller group

Regardless, can't let them get sucked into Broadway honky tonks every night.

A fantastic list. Thanks, Brent.

While at springwater last night, I asked others about a good karaoke place. Thinking that Santa's might be a little small. Several suggested Fran's Eastside. A dive bar with karaoke until 3am. And cheap beer (like $2.25). I've never been there but something to consider I reckon

$2.25 beer? 🤯 Sold!
