We should probably have a standard way to reference tags. #damus parses &eventid and nostr:e:eventid

When you copy an event id in #damus it gives you &eventid, and when you paste it in a post it gets parsed into #[n] and gets added to tags.
With a standard you could copy and paste from anywhere. Maybe we should spec bech32 for copying events and pubkeys around...
ohh thats slick. i also like that & won't trigger the @ profile selection pop up. is the copy event id action just a button on damus?
