Oh just settling in for a quiet evening. How are you?
I'm trying to make sushi. Never try and make sushi 🍣 lol. There is rice all over the place. Not to mention I'm kinda wondering if it's safe to eat this raw fish 😂

I've tried it. It looks prettier than it tastes. But that's me.
I had a few drinks so it made it easier. I tried oysters for the first time after some people had posted pictures here on nostr. I think I like them, haven't made my mind up ☺️
It's actually super tasty with lots of wasabi and pickled ginger. Once tried some really gross stuff like Kanimiso (crab guts) and uni (sea urchin gonad). No freaking way would I try making that. 😅
