OK so why are some people against plunger vac pens purely because they have to unscrew the blind cap before use? You’re using a fountain pen, it’s already inconvenient, what difference is two turns on a knob?

I think the same type of A vs B happens in a lot of areas - people’s insistence on the “right way to hold a pencil” when drawing always irked me. I can draw. I don’t need to hold a pencil like a q-tip to do it.
