How is you pull out game impacted by tiny stack? I can understand the opposite

For very small stack, I like to send to WoS, then from there to my self custodial lightning wallet. The exchange you use will pay the fee to send your small amount to WoS. Then lightning makes the transfer to the other wallet basically free.
