this is good advice. i remember when katie and i were discussing when we wanted to have kids and my first thought was that i wanted to be financially stable. initially, i said let's wait a few years. after a year though, i said you know what, by the time we're financially ready, it's going to be too late, so let's get at it and make it happen now! a year later, our son was born ;)
