Just use whatever exchange you got the BCH on and exchange it for BTC. Then send that BTC to a wallet like Wallet of satoshi using the Bitcoin on chain feature. Then transfer from wallet of satoshi to your current.tips address or just connect WOS directly to your nostr client.
