Azteco is legit. It's just not a particularly viable way to stack here because of the fiat side.

Since you already have the voucher/CC it should be all gravy.

Yeah - I found more economical (5-8% premium) options for stacking KYC free.

There were fewer options 3 years ago.

Give it 3 months & I reckon that buy @ $102k will look pretty good.
