I was on a carnivore diet for almost 3 years between 2019 and the end of 2021 (only animal products, including eggs and dairy). It was amazing. I felt very energised. Even though I never run in my life, I started running in 2019. Unfortunately, I fractured the meniscus of my right knee in the end of 2021 and had to stay in bed or sitting for months (waiting for the surgery). So, I relapsed and started eating carbs again. I’m getting back to it again now…
