Framed #701 (nah. I woke up to a powecut. Initially two postcode segments with about 2000 properties. It lasted about an hour. I checked the national news with the 5G/4G on my phone although given anything that significantly affected the power grid I'd be better off with an analogue radio powered by batteries because phone towers need power. It has been a moderately grim week and I feel deflated. It's partly because of moderate inflammation that is somewhat painful, although I think there is an element of mind over matter there, because the more grim I feel the less likely I am to engage in the kind of movements or behaviours to address it. Now I've shaken that viral thing I'll improve. There are still sources of anxiety, as mentioned earlier in the week, but I don't really feel anxious - I burnt out my anxiety - I think it manifests by feeling a bit hopeless and lost and I regard those as luxuries. To an extent because I have the time and inclination to reflect upon them. In my experience if I don't or I don't have the time they pop up like "whack-a-mole" at inconvenient times. I think I'll have a good day.)
