#GM. And, okay, this is legitimately nuts. I got 5.5 hours of sleep, if that, thanks to being out late last night (kid had hockey practice, and my wife and I alternate weeks for driving). To back up a bit, I haven't been drinking coffee, or really anything beyond a single bowl of ceremonial matcha and a cup of MUD\WTR every morning, which has been going...frankly better than I expected, as the ads felt...hypey. I figured after such a low sleep night, I might need something a little extra -- green tea perhaps, or even coffee, as I'd normally have been wanting more after so little sleep. But my energy levels are solid.
IDK what sort of magic they infuse these mushrooms with, but this stuff works wonders. Doesn't hurt that they also donate a portion of proceeds to MAPS either.
