Point is there are some decent, affordable meal prep companies out there.
Saves my wife and me a lot of time.
Don’t give up looking. Your time is valuable! I’m sure you can find something that allows you to eat healthy and save time.

the thing is i love to cook & enjoy it.
sometimes i do take outs but here too much unhealthy food / junk food so i prefer my meal prepped 🫂💜
If you need 2h to cook every time you are doing it wrong. On the other side, I prefer a fresh cooked good meal before crappy pre cooked meals or fast food.
