Since the legal argument relies upon Maduro not being a head of state, they're treating him like a common criminal. It wasn't "an operation against Venezuela," it was just a "routine criminal pickup" (using Delta Force and a few aircraft carriers 🤷 )

When was the last time Maduro was in the Southern District of New York and how did he get machine guns there to threaten the United States?
