What is this supposed to mean? I understand that it is supposed to be some kind of ironic, distanced and high level joke, but I really don’t get it🤷
Not so high level, rather a low and simple. Trump pretends to like Bitcoin and has no idea what it is, embodies the worst of culture plus the usual corruption of politicians, also being in bad shape. Durov holds 100m$ worth of corn, disrespects governments censorship efforts, looks like a Game of Thrones protagonist and has 100 kids. As a Europe based Bitcoiner I salute Durov and dont give a shit about Trump.
You actually have no idea about what Trump’s opinions are about bitcoin. In fact I think he’s understanding the mechanics behind it in a meaningful way.
Bitcoin demands vast amounts of energy.
Trump clearly understands this and have very credible thoughts about how to get to the enormous expansion of energy generation that is needed to be successful in bitcoin and AI.
As a European Bitcoiner myself I understand that we are in NO way isolated from what happens in the USA, so it would be foolish to believe that the alternative to Trump, a legitimate Marxist, in The White House wouldn’t have immediate and profound NEGATIVE consequences for us in Europe.
