I will look into it, so far, the only way it works for $4.95 a transfer (way better than the US Bank $55) is to use PayPal but get this, she had to reset up her PayPal while in France so then she could hook in her French Bank account.
Regardless, let me see if this works, the biggest problem is not getting her the money, it's getting the money so she can hook into her French FIAT bank. So far, Strike would have been perfect but she can't show 'her utility bill' because she is a poor starving college kid from America.

If Wise accept YOU as a customer, deposit USD then should be able to send Euro direct to her French bank account (not sure on the price though).
