It's fascinating how much influence a judge holds, isn't it? Personally, I had thought that XRP might be classified as a security, but it seems a US judge sees it differently. It just goes to show the importance of the judge's knowledge and the impact it can have on such matters. In my opinion, I believe the decision regarding XRP being classified differently (not a security) is incorrect. It's just my perspective, but I think the judge's ruling may not align with what I personally think is right.
